UltraViewer respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by our service, please follow the procedure below to notify us.

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

To file a DMCA notice of infringement, you must provide the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• A description of where the infringing material is located on our platform.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Please include the following:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email.
• A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed in error.
• Your signature (physical or electronic).

3. Removal of Content

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the content. If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content.

4. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe on copyright will have their accounts terminated.
