Notice of Copyright Infringement
To file a DMCA notice of infringement, you must provide the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the infringing material is located on our platform.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Please include the following:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed in error.
- Your signature (physical or electronic).

Removal of Content
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the content. If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content.

Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly infringe on copyright will have their accounts terminated.
